New E-comm Site
Following my completion of a site-wide e-commerce design audit utilizing Baymard Institute tools, I implemented a comprehensive redesign of the entire e-commerce site. This redesign incorporated extensively researched articles and well-established design principles that effectively enhance web traffic, elevate completion rates, and facilitate seamless member checkout with minimal friction. Parent Portal Update
I was assigned the important task of revamping the Troomi parent portal to improve its usability, design, and overall functionality. My goal was to create a more intuitive and seamless experience for parents managing their children’s devices. This involved updating the user interface, optimizing navigation, and ensuring a responsive design that works smoothly across different devices.
Downtime feature
Developed a user-friendly scheduling feature for parents to set up and customize downtime on Troomi phones, allowing them to help their children stay focused during school hours and extracurricular activities. This feature enables parents to create tailored schedules, ensuring a balanced approach to screen time while promoting productivity and healthy digital habi
Unified Fulfillment
Developed a seamless onboarding process for users who purchased their Troomi phones from third-party retailers, allowing them to easily sign up for the service. This solution ensures a smooth activation experience by guiding users through account creation, device setup, and service enrollment. Here’s how it works:
Smart Browser
Assigned the task of designing an enhanced internet browser interface for Troomi, enabling parents to efficiently monitor their child's online activity. The updated interface allows parents to view browsing history, approve or block specific websites, and set time restrictions for internet usage. This redesign focuses on improving usability, providing clear controls, and ensuring a seamless experience for managing online access.
Influencer Landing Pages
Assigned the responsibility of designing and developing dedicated influencer landing pages to enhance brand engagement and drive conversions. These pages were tailored to showcase influencer partnerships, highlight key product features, and provide a seamless user experience. The design focused on clear messaging, compelling visuals, and optimized call-to-action elements to maximize impact and effectiveness.

Key features include categorized articles, a search function, and a responsive design to ensure an optimal reading experience across all devices. The goal was to create an inviting space where users can easily discover valuable content and stay informed.
