Wireframed, designed and prototyped high fidelity experiences for e-commerce pages and internal company tools/applications. Documented and continuously updated an internal Figma design system. Completed quantitative user research, A/B testing, innovating and created designs based on user feedback

Produced a competitive analysis that improved site completion rates and that significantly refined several aspects of our e-commerce pages/features. Created several designs that solved business problems and increased team productivity.

Wireframed and built high fidelity marketing experiences for desktop/mobile interfaces. Assisted in user research, platform problem solving, storyboarding and improving user flows. Collaborated with marketing, copywriters, graphic designers and CRO/SEO teams.

General assistant to the Director of Operations and coaching staff. Conducted player well-being surveys, assisted with team travel, assisted coaches with practice routines, presented at team meetings. Filmed and edited practice/game footage.
